I met Shindo-san in August by accident. She invited me to perhaps perform or present my video art at the Kudanshita Terrace art space. She is the Curator of the art space and has been running it for 2 years. Through a series of emails (translated by Miho, JPN>ENG and ENG> JPN) we decided on some events, which are sort of a collaboration of ideas from myself and Shindo-san. I have already performed 2 events, named Romance Remix – a live improvised remix of the movie ‘ Love in the Afternoon’ starring Audrey Hepburn. The next 2 performances are more like NYE parties using documentary video and photographs of the events held at the arts space over the last year or so, they’ll be held on the 30th and 31st.
