Lawrence Pike performed at Mils gallery, a small emerging artists venue in Sydney in December 2009, I was lucky enough to hear about it and be in town for it. It was very interesting to see a yougner generation witness his craftsmanship on the drums, I don’t think many of them knew what they were about to see or how incredible he is. Thanks Mr L Pike for the lesson. Lawrence has been in many bands, my favourite was Triosk, but Pivot aren’t bad either ;)

alva noto rocked the cheesy dancefloor last night. had to wait till 3.30am though. was great to see him close up after seeing him at sonar2

my friend played a few nights ago in Tokyo, in a cafe in Kichijoji. I wish i could have been there to hear her sing.
